I wasn’t going to say anything but since I keep getting emails I might as well. I absolutely love my cup. It’s my third one to purchase. (Bought two for myself before and one for my wife) however the wait process was terrible. Took it almost a month to get to me and when I reached out for the tracking info via phone and email - the # was disconnected and no one would respond to my emails and now I’m getting emails asking me to do a review. Over all happy with my blender cup just sucks how long it took and the customer service wasn’t great.

I recently purchased a GYMIX Blender and it suddenly stopped working on Thursday Oct 26, 2023. It appeared the charge was depleted and time for it's next charge. After charging overnight, the light was still red. I then changed the charging from a wall unit to my computer, setting the sleep settings to 8 hours. Still no green light, but the motor ran when I pushed the Start. I put my water and powder in, and the motor ran for maybe 2-3 seconds, then stopped. I tried charging it again, always using your supplied cable, still no green light, and pushing the Start button does nothing. When it first goes on a charge, the red light fades out slightly every approximately 5 seconds. I love the product and will send my unit back for your inspection and repair. This is not a scam as I am a hard-working 66 year old guy that wants to stay healthy, and your product helps me make healthy shakes. Thank you.

Works as described. No matter how long I leave it plugged in the light never turns green as described in the directions. The charging port is poorly placed on the bottom of the mug which requires you to lay the mug on its side during charging, where other similar blender bottles have it on the side. Clean up is easy. Overall it is a decent product.

I love how quiet it is! I’ve had portable blenders in the past, but this one makes very little noise compared to them. You can’t put ice in it, which is definitely a flaw. Also, it’s a cheap, plastic feeling to it. Although, I’ve dropped it a few times and it’s held up. All in all, I recommend it especially if you’re on the go and want something quiet that won’t wake your significant other up if you’re a morning protein shake girl like me!

I really enjoy this. Make a lazy person like me get the job done. whenever I shake my pre-workout. it still need to be shaken longer. With this, Maybe 1-2 spins at most. Does great. If you cleaning on the other hand. You need to hand wash the lid. I notice few times it has left over from my morning drink. I'd say it worth the money.

I ordered the black and white bottles and they work amazing. All I do is add milk before turning on the blender and then pour in my supplements. The blender is strong enough to mix my protein and creatine simultaneously to the point that there are little to no clumps of protein all in just a few seconds.
